Details: Operating Principle Operating Principle: Main body is consisted by serried neckdown thermolysis coiled tubes, heat air goes into coil tube, and transfer the heat to inside of gypsum powder which is in the furnace. Roots blower will be installed under the bottom of furnace, blow the high temperature air to the inside of furnace main body by grid plate, blow the powder material in the furnace body and made it to boiling status. Under a proper temperature, the powder will become lighter and flow to the OUTLET OF MATERIAL automatically by dehydration. The finished gypsum power had stable quality, and easy to control the crystal water content, start and finish time of solidification. 2. Characteristic of Multi-Room Fluidized Bed Furnace This system adopted multi-room calcination technique, the gypsum power amply dehydrated under different temperature step by step, we can get stable and high quality products. The heat exchanging part of furnace main body is made from high quality refractory steel to ensure the heat exchanging rate and long using life. In the section 1 and 2, we use high temperature heating tube for heat exchanging to make material in furnace get heated and dehydrated faster and gradually dehydrated in section 3 and 4. All material will be in a boiling fluidized status under high pressure situation, it become more effective to improve the heating exchange. 3.
